Are you tracking your miles on a fitbit? Or do you prefer to get together with friends and take a social stroll once a week? CIR's Walk & Roll Wellness Clus has a walking partner just for you! During the warmer months we will walk through various trails and Full Blast during poor weather months. CIR staff will track mileage daily and periodically check weight, body fat and body mass index. Be sure to wear comftorable clothing along with athletic shoes and dont forget your water!
